Haryana Urban Development Authority
Haryana Urban Development Authority has constructed over 18 major township and societies for mid-income housing groups. It is run under the leadership of the chief minister of the state as the Chairman. The authority has played a major role in the development of Gurgaon as a smart city by creating flats and housing complexes. The Urban Estate Department was established in 1962 to develop more planned cities. This government authority is divided into 12 departments and facilities for the people of the state. They have created a number of residential properties for the people of Gurgaon and other parts of Haryana state.
